Who are you? Tell us where you from. 

My name BiggBrattzz most ppl know me as Buttbutt but y’all can call me Brattzz, I was born in Queens, New York, raised in Richmond VA, grew up around Hillside. 

How did you get into the music scene?

I was always writing since I was little. I can never say I really ever took it serious until one of my brothers, Cris pushed me to do it. He just thought I was really good at it and different. I always thought he was boosting lol ion really like my voice but I say since that first night in studio with him it’s been history 

Would you make this a career?

Yes I would cause I’m really great at it but to be honest this my daughter dream I’m just building the platform for her. I love doing music it’s my get away but I wanna do other things like make movies to start with. I wanna act I wanna help ppl in need I wanna do and be so much it’s hard to make a career out of one thing. I just know whatever I do ima be great at it and ima be remembered for it. Ima be one of the greatest at whatever I do 

What made you take it serious?

Realizing I was different how easy it is to do it make me wanna keep testing my self it’s crazy to me how it just comes out but to hear my daughter doing what I’m doing turns me up all the way cause she gonna be a beast so I gotta give it my all cause she waiting on her turn and it’s like my music really means a lot to me cause I took everything I ever felt and put most of it in songs so when I listen to my music I deadass can feel my growth and it just really turn me up like oh yeah you dat, really beat the odds with a lot and I’m always humble I’m just a cool ass bitch popping my shitt in the coolest way.

If it’s one thing you could change in this what would it be?

I wish I started chasing my dreams earlier 

How is the music scene in your city? Anything different compared to other places you’ve been or seen?

I love the music in my city it’s so much talent out here mane imagine if everybody was to really get together, support, work and love on each other man we wouldn’t be able to be fcked with fr I feel like other cites work together more but that’s my opinion on things.

Has music changed your life? If so, how?

It really pulled me out some of my darkest times, I can’t lie making music keep me going fr it keep me on edge I be so ready itching to see what I can do next lol so it keep me up and working and thinking tryna find new ways to do things to help me get better lol I can’t really explain it fr.

What do you do outside of the music scene?

I be chilling being a mom fr during the day time, you catch me at night I’m outside Lmfao nah idk my days really be chill I like to shop I love to eat it’s really no outside the music for me everything I do is to get me further it’s really no time for anything in between.

What would you tell your younger self?

Your Amazing just the way you are, really one of a kind, your loved, your scars and pain don’t make you they only make you stronger. As long you got you it’s nothing you can’t do. Know your worth and forever hold your head up, you was built for This shit.
